Our kickboxing classes are focused on fitness and teaching you both light contact and semi-contact kickboxing techniques.
So if you are looking to learning a new skill, developing on existing, getting fit, lose weight or wanting to grade and achieve your black belt then this is the class for you.
Kickboxing is great for confidence, focus and fitness.
What To Bring
Bring a small towel if you want to wipe up your hard work sweat and a bottle of water to rehydrate
What To Wear
Sportswear which is easy to move in. No shoes are to be worn in the dojo, so you can wear what you like to class as these are left at the door.
When and Where
Kids classes are every
Monday - 5 to 7 years 4pm to 4:45pm
Monday - All Ages 5pm to 6pm
Tuesday - 7 to 17 4pm to 5pm
Tuesday - 7 to 17 6pm to 7pm

Classes are £6 per session with a license and insurance fee of £25 per year
You can train up to 3 sessions before committing to the license and membership fee
