What We Do
Kids Classes
Kickboxing classes teaches children respect, discipline, confidence, stranger danger as well as helping children improve on focus and overall sporting ability.
Kids classes
Monday - 5 to 8 years Little Ninjas 4pm to 4:45pm
Older Kids and also parents can train with 5pm to 6pm
Just Kids Tuesday 4pm to 5pm and 6pm to 7pm
Adults Classes
Our Adult classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, classes improve fitness, flexibility, confidence as well as learning a life skill.
Adult classes are currently Monday 9.15am to 10.15am
Friday 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Fitness Classes
At RKO we run a number of different fitness classes throughout the year.
Our, current fitness class, is Body Blitz running on Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 9:30 am to 10:15 am
PT 1-2-1 Sessions
Private sessions are also available to be booked. This can be for either fitness or kickboxing.
Also available are personalised plans to help you reach weight management or fitness goals.

About RKO
RKO Ringwood Kickboxing Organisation has only been running in Ringwood since 2019.
RKO is connected to BKO Basingstoke Kickboxing Organisation which has been running for over 20 years. Members of both BKO and RKO are open to train at either of the club's locations and are covered under the same membership and insurance.
Both clubs are very passionate about training students to a high standard. Currently, both clubs have students who compete at local, regional, and international levels. We also have many students who represent WAKO Kickboxing Team GB in the Junior and Adults European and World Series. As well as gaining Golds in both European and World Championships
